EPISODE 204: DELEGATION & THE CULTURE OF MARTYRDOM
Learning to share the load (both at work and at home!) is maybe the hardest part of being an adult. This leads to a textbook case of martyrdom, which in turn creates a troubling Culture of Martyrdom in our work and home lives. Follow along as Ally and Kara detail their struggles and provide suggestions on how to break out of this exhausting way of thinking and working! Listen to Episode 204 here!

T stands for time bound which is about giving yourself a deadline. Alternate goal structure: Gretchen Rubin’s List Structure from her Happier podcast ALLY’S GOALS 1.
