About the Podcast.
YTOS is a podcast that provides a space for focused discussion on how to be a productive creative person on a team, in your own personal work, and in your life! We're not aimed at leadership - we are focused on the team member, the crew member, the facilitator.
Each episode centers around a topic that Kara and Ally deal with in their professional lives. In Season One, we separately filled out a worksheet prior to the show and then shared our answers with each other during the podcast. In Season Two, we're dropping the worksheet framework in order to have more honest, candid conversations with each other. And we always want to hear what you have to say on the matter too!
We believe in the beauty of productivity and the importance of emotional connection in our work. We also believe schools and workplaces overlook the importance of educating people on these aspects of creative collaboration. We have an opportunity here to provide people with useful tools and structure that they can implement in their professional and personal projects!
